A MESSAGE FROM THE PRINCIPAL

I am excited to serve as your California Street Campus principal for my eighth year. My name is Joshua Osborn, & I’ve been an ILCS team-member at this amazing school since its inception. I’ve led as a teacher, electives’ director, summer school coordinator, instructional coach, & site principal.

2024-25 will mark my 23rd year as a credentialed educator, & it’s my desire to enhance our positive school culture, innovative instruction, & service to our community.

Inland Leaders Charter School captured my passion to educate with its freedom to create, structure of choice, & visionary leadership. However, it was the families along the way that sustained my energy to educate, & it was the students who daily reminded me that teaching is a joy & blessing.

My name is Casey Woodgrift, and I’m truly honored to serve as the principal of Inland Leaders Charter School’s Yucaipa Boulevard Campus. As I begin my 24th year in education and my 16th year at ILCS, I remain as passionate and committed as ever to helping students grow, thrive, and succeed.

At Inland Leaders, we are more than a school—we are a community of caring, compassionate educators dedicated to providing your child with a high-quality education in a safe, supportive environment.
