A MESSAGE FROM THE PRINCIPAL
I am excited to serve as your California Street Campus principal for my eighth year. My name is Joshua Osborn, & I’ve been an ILCS team-member at this amazing school since its inception. I’ve led as a teacher, electives’ director, summer school coordinator, instructional coach, & site principal.
2023-24 will mark my 22nd year as a credentialed educator, & it’s my desire to enhance our positive school culture, innovative instruction, & service to our community.
Inland Leaders Charter School captured my passion to educate with its freedom to create, structure of choice, & visionary leadership. However, it was the families along the way that sustained my energy to educate, & it was the students who daily reminded me that teaching is a joy & blessing.

Welcome, to our new ILCS families, and welcome back to our returning families to what promises to be an OUTSTANDING year at Inland Leaders Charter School – Bryant Street Campus. My name is Dr. Lisa Urea and I am beginning my eighth year as principal at BSC, 11th year at ILCS, I am truly honored and humbled to be part of such a wonderful family and organization. This year we are celebrating our 16th year of success as a school. Please know that, as a staff, we are thankful that you have entrusted your little ones with us. Your children are loved by all of us at ILCS, and we do have high expectations for each and every student to rise above and beyond the limits. We believe students CAN and WILL thrive when we work as a team.
