-Explain your definition of a leader.
"My definition of a leader is someone who can protect and stand up for others while taking them higher than what they thought they could do and leading a group to the right path."
-What do you believe are your leadership strengths?
"My leadership strengths are talking to people and getting them to come out of their shell. Another one of my strengths is helping and leading a group to a set goal."
-What are your special interests or skills?
"I love to run and be outside. My skills are leading a team, being kind to, and helping people. "
-Briefly list and describe any clubs, activities, or groups in which you have participated.
"One leadership activity I do is Boy Scouts. I was a patrol leader for 1 year. That means I led 8 to 10 boys. I’ve also done student council. I was a rep, but in my role, I helped lead the group to the right direction."
-In terms of school culture and school pride, in what areas do you see a possibility for improvement at ILCS?
"I think what needs to be improved is the bond between students in all the grades. Through all my years at ILCS, it is rare to see kids from multiple grade levels play together, and that’s sad. I think we should do something to integrate them."
