-Explain your definition of a leader.

"Someone who makes a path for others and cares for them. They don't judge or leave others behind. A leader finds a solution even when it seems impossible and tries their best at everything they do."

-What do you believe are your leadership strengths?

"I believe that my leadership strengths are that I am dependable, hard-working, I am intelligent, I am cooperative, and put a lot of detail into my work."

-What are your special interests or skills?

"One of my many hobbies is horseback riding, I am also a dedicated servant leader who only wants the best for our students, I am flexible and I think outside of the box, and when I work with others we can come up with amazing ideas. "

-Briefly list and describe any clubs, activities, or groups in which you have participated.

"I regularly volunteer at my church in the children's ministry program. While volunteering, I have proven to work well with all age groups. My duties include teaching groups of 7 students the weekly verse and leading small group discussions. I enjoy interacting with the kids and supporting them each week."

-In terms of school culture and school pride, in what areas do you see a possibility for improvement at ILCS?

"With the changes that COVID-19 have brought literally overnight to education, there is much work to do in order to generate the positive and supportive school spirit that Student Council provides our students. We need to be creative and think out the box for ways to engage everyone from the lower grades all the way up to the middle schoolers, and staff, as well. With new ideas, we can create an environment, on-site, or online, that is welcoming, fun, and encouraging. We are embarking on a new journey in education that we have the power to shape into something exciting and new."
