Student Admissions

Student Admissions-Site Based

The lottery sign-ups for the 2021/2022 school year are now closed. There is a live link below, to the lottery page, if you wish to enter the WAITLIST for enrollment. Remember to fill out the form for each student you would like to enroll. If your student already attends our Kinder-7th grades (not TK), you do not need to enter the lottery again. If your student currently attends our TK program, you will have to enter the lottery again, for Kindergarten. Here is the TK, transitional kindergarten policy, for enrollment.

Please use a computer for accuracy. The info you enter is our only way to contact you if your student gets a spot.

Student Admissions-Homeschool

Interested in enrolling in the Independent Study Homeschool Program? No need to enter the annual lottery as the lottery does not apply to our homeschool program. Please call our office if you are interested in our program or, you can click here to join our interest list and someone will reach out to you promptly.

Hybrid (Grades 3-6 only)

Inland Leaders Charter School is proud to announce that its new hybrid learning program is set to launch in the fall of the 2021-2022 school year for grades 3rd through 6th.  Hybrid will involve three days of distance learning, combined with two days of onsite learning.   If you feel that a hybrid might be a good fit for you and your child, please read this policy and fill out the Pre-Registration Form to indicate your interest in the program.  Filling out the Pre-Registration Form does not guarantee enrollment.  Someone will reach out to you soon.

HOW DO I ENROLL AT INLAND LEADERS?

Q: "Is there a lottery to get into ILCS?"

A: Yes, our schools are typically full. In order to enroll for the following year, parents must complete a form to be placed into a random and public lottery system. *ILCS does not discriminate based on ethnicity, race, origin, religion or gender. All enrollment is done in a fair and random manner and is not dependent on student ability level.

Q: "Do I need to attend the lottery to get a spot?"

A: No, we will notify you if your student gets a spot.

Q: "What do I do if I missed the deadline for the lottery sign up?"

A: If a student is not enrolled in the lottery, parents may also fill out the waitlist form listed below for entrance, but their enrollment will come after lottery student enrollment. If you wish to be placed on our waitlist for the next school year please click here to do so. These students may be placed into classes after the lottery placements in order of the date the form was completed.

Q: "What are other options for my student if we didn't get into ILCS?"

A: We offer an Independent Study Program (homeschool). If you wish to sign up for our Independent Study program (homeschool) for next year, click here.

Q: "What are the residential district boundaries for my child to have resident priority?

A: Here is the Yucaipa/Calimesa school district boundaries map. Please call the office if you have any questions.

Q: "If my child got a TK (transitional kindergarten) spot, are they automatically in kindergarten the following school year?"

A: No, unfortunately, every TK student MUST re-enter the lottery for kindergarten. Here is the TK Policy.
